The Willowdale Steeplechase

2008 Willowdale Steeplechase

The designated beneficiaries for the 2008 Steeplechase are Quest Therapeutic Services, Inc., The University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, and the Stroud Water Research Center.

Quest Therapeutic Services, Inc.

Quest is a hippotherapy program operating in Unionville, serving children with special needs treatment with the help of a horse. Licensed pediatric therapists serve children with diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, autism, and developmental delays, using the horse as a part of an overall treatment plan to achieve life goals.
Many of the children feel that their time on the horse with a physical therapist is the highlight of their week. To volunteer, or learn more about Quest Therapeutic Services, call 619-692-6362, or visit their website, www.questhippotherapy.com.
